针对潮安配电网现状及存在的问题,通过深入开展适应性分析,重新调整规划思路,提出了"循环转荷、完善网架"优化方案,并对潮安供电局2017年"十三五"规划项目库进行修编,确保投资有效性。

In view of the current situation and existing problems of the Chao’an distribution network,through in-depth adaptive analysis and readjustment of planning ideas,an optimization scheme of "circular transfer of load,improvement of the network frame" is proposed.The Chao’an Power Supply Bureau’s 2017 "13 th Five-Year Plan" planning project library is revised to ensure the effectiveness of investment.
