摘要
通过对统调机组子站环保设备升级、CEMS采集精度提升,主站逻辑判定设立、环保因子计算及环保电价自动结算,提出了一种新型煤电机组煤耗评价标准,搭建了集成统调、非统调、供热、资源综合利用、光伏新能源和中水利用等子系统的新一代电网节能发电调度技术支持系统,提高了安徽电网节能发电调度决策的可执行性和节能减排的深度。应用实践表明其效果良好,精准实现差别化年度发电计划编制和节能减排数据发布。
By upgrading the environmental protection equipment of the unified unit substation,improving the accuracy of CEMS collection,establishing the logic judgment of the main station,calculating the environmental protection factors and automatically settling the environmental protection price,a new type of coal consumption evaluation standard for coal power units is proposed.A new generation energy-saving generation dispatching technical support system that integrates unified,non-unified,heating,comprehensive resources utilization,photovoltaic new energy and water utilization subsystems is established,which improves the enforceability of energy-saving generation dispatching decisions and the depth of energy saving and emission reduction in Anhui Power Grid.The application practice shows that it has a good effect,and accurately realizes the differentiated annual power generation planning and the energy-saving and emission reduction data release.
