摘要
针对供水系统离心泵现场状况与自动化程度较低的状况进行分析与研究,研发了一套基于物联网的离心泵真空检测系统,对离心泵启动工艺流程及条件进行了设计研究,实现供水系统离心泵真空检测自动化控制的改造,提高了供水安全、经济运行能力,减少基建投资,推广供水综合自动化水平,满足自动化供水需求。
According to the analysis and research on the situation of the centrifugal pump in the water supply system and the low degree of automation,a set of vacuum detection system for centrifugal pump based on the IoT is developed.The design process and conditions of the centrifugal pump startup process are studied to realize the transformation of the automatic control of the vacuum detection for the centrifugal pump of the water supply system,improving water supply safety and economic operation capacity,reducing infrastructure investment,and promoting the comprehensive level of water supply automation to meet the needs of automated water supply.
