摘要
针对石油化工行业常用的加热炉,文章提出了一种基于MCGS组态软件的温控系统,采用串级控制方案,控制结构简单并能够应对原油加热造成的大滞后特性,使系统性能稳定,反应迅速,可提高控制精度,通过下位机PLC与MCGS进行通信,能够实现远程监控。该温控系统不仅能够保障加热的稳定进行,提高加热效率,还能远程监控,工人无需近距离观察加热状态,可远离危险的工作环境,有一定的实用价值。
For the heating furnace commonly used in the petrochemical industry,a temperature control system based on MCGS configuration software is proposed.Adopting the cascade control scheme,the control structure is simple and can cope with the large lag characteristic of heating by crude oil,which makes the system performance stable and have a swift response.It can improve the control accuracy and achieve remote monitoring by communicating with MCGS through the lower computer PLC.The temperature control system can not only ensure the stability of heating and improve the heating efficiency,but also remote monitor that can keep workers away from dangerous working environment without close observation of heating state,which has certain practical value.
