插电混动汽车最优充电的动态规划方法

摘要 单台插电混动汽车(PHEV)的充放电不会导致电力负荷的明显变化,因而不会影响充电电价,但是大规模的PHEV集中充放电对于电力负荷的影响就较为明显,进而会导致充电电价的波动。文章考虑在市场环境中对PHEV的充放电进行短期管理,研究对PHEV充放电进行管理的有效算法及其如何为电力系统提供灵活性的贡献。结合国内某城市的充电电价和PHEV驾驶模式的调查数据进行实例分析,说明了动态规划问题的结果。 The charging and discharging of a single plug-in hybrid vehicle(PHEV)will not cause a significant change in the power load,and thus will not affect the charging price.However,the impact of large-scale PHEV charging and discharging on the power load is more obvious,which will leads to fluctuations in the charging price.This paper considers the short-term management of PHEV charging and discharging in the market environment,and studies the effective algorithm for managing PHEV charging and discharging and how it contributes to the flexibility of the power system.Based on the survey data of the charging price and PHEV driving mode of a certain city in China,an example analysis is performed to illustrate the results of the dynamic programming problem.
