摘要
以小型固定流化床为实验装置,CIP-2为催化剂,研究了不同温度下地沟油催化裂解的产物分布,特别是丙烯产率和汽油馏分收率随裂解温度的变化规律。实验结果表明,液化气中丙烯质量分数最高,约占30%,且随着温度的增加逐渐增大,但反应温度大于540℃时丙烯质量分数的变化不明显。汽油馏分收率随着温度的升高先增大后降低。13C-NMR分析发现汽油馏分中芳烃取代基主要是短碳链取代,以甲基和乙基取代为主,分别占44. 2%和43. 5%。FT-IR分析表明,汽油馏分和柴油馏分中不含酯类羰基。
The product distribution for catalytic cracking of waste cooking oil at different temperatures is studied in a fixed fluidized bed reactor with CIP-2 as catalyst. Special attention is paid to the variation rules of propylene yield and gasoline yield depending on the cracking temperature. Experimental results indicate that propylene occupies the highest content in liquefied gas,about 30%,and gradually increases with the increase of cracking temperature. However,the increase of propylene content becomes less obvious once the reaction temperature exceeds 540℃ . With the increase of cracking temperature,the yield of gasoline fraction increases firstly and decreases then. It is found by13 C-NMR that the substitutes of aromatic hydrocarbons in gasoline fractions are mainly short carbon chain substitutes,namely methyl and ethyl substitutes,with rates of 44. 2% and 43. 5%,respectively. It is found through FT-IR spectra there are no ester carbonyls in both gasoline and diesel fractions.
