摘要
以古城矿深部坚硬顶板厚煤层开采为研究背景,分析了2103工作面冲击矿压事故的诱因,总结了矿井冲击矿压的规律,得出了深部厚煤层开采冲击显现更加频繁,事件能量及影响范围更大,以及断层及覆岩活动是诱发冲击矿压的主要因素。同时,指出了深部厚煤层卸压时效较短,并基于矿井实际条件提出了基本卸压措施和补强卸压措施。以大直径钻孔、煤体及顶底板爆破等技术手段,对巷道及工作面采取相应的卸压措施,以钻屑法为点检测手段验证卸压效果。现场实践表明,该措施能够有效防治冲击矿压,降低了冲击事故的发生。
Based on the research of deep hard roof thick coal seam mining in Gucheng Coal Mine,this paper analyzes the inducement of 2103 working face rock burst accident,summarizes the law of mine rock burst,and concludes that the deep thick coal seam mining has more frequent occurrence of impact,the energy and sphere of influence is greater,also concludes that faults and overburden activities are the main factors in inducing rock burst.At the same time,it is pointed out that the time limit of deep thick coal seam discharge is short,and the basic pressure discharge measures and measures to replenish the pressure are proposed based on the actual conditions of the mine.With the blasting of large-diameter drilling and coal seam,and other technical measures,take corresponding pressure relief measures on the roadway and working face,drill method is used as point detection means to verify the effect.The field practice shows that the measure can effectively prevent and control the rock burst and reduce the occurrence of impact accidents.
