摘要
大冶市城西北工业废水处理厂设计规模:近期2万m^3/d,远期4万m^3/d。采用预处理+前置高效沉淀+水解酸化+前置反硝化/硝化生物滤池(BAF)+后置高效沉淀+臭氧氧化+精密过滤+接触消毒工艺,出水排放标准应执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准,尾水排至长江。介绍了工程的工艺方案、验证性中试、主要工艺单元技术参数、各构筑物尺寸和试运行效果等。
The design scale of an industrial wastewater treatment plant in Daye city is 20 000 m^3/d at present and 40 000 m^3/d in the future.Pre-treatment+Pre-efficient precipitation+Hydrolysis acidification+Pre-denitrification/Nitrifying biological aerated filter(BAF)+Post-efficient precipitation+Ozonation+Precision filtration+Contact disinfection were adopted in the treatment process.The effluent meets the level A standard of Discharge standard of pollutants in urban sewage treatment(GB 18918-2002),and dischargs to Yangtze River.This paper introduces its technology scheme,verification pilot test,technical parameters of and main unit,size of each structure and trial operation effect,etc.
