摘要
针对水务企业及水行业智慧水务建设各有差异、无标准可循、各自为政的情况,为水务企业智慧水务建设水平及效果提供评价依据和标准,提出了智慧水务SMART总体架构思路及动静结合的评估模式:包括智慧水务SMART模型、评价指标体系框架、动静结合的定量和定性评价指标。
In view of the differences,no standards to follow and the situation of their own policies in the construction of smart water services in water enterprises and water industry,this paper provides the evaluation basis and standards for the construction level and effect of smart water services in water enterprises,and puts forward the overall framework of smart water services smart and the evaluation mode of combination of dynamic and static.The main content includes smart model of smart water services,evaluation index system framework,quantitative and qualitative evaluation indexes of dynamic and static combination.
