Advances in preparation,detection and application of Ginkgo Biloba leaf extracts

综述了银杏叶提取物的新型制备方法、检测技术和应用领域。用作银杏叶提取物分离的溶剂主要有离子液体和低共熔溶剂;一些新的辅助提取技术(如超声)也被用于提取物的制取。除用作传统的医药和保健品外,银杏叶提取物还可用作还原剂、稳定剂、缓蚀剂、抗氧化剂。

The new preparation methods,detection techniques and application fields for Ginkgo biloba leaf extracts are reviewed.Main solvents for separation of Ginkgo biloba leaf extracts include ionic liquids and eutectic solvents.Some new assisted extraction techniques(such as ultrasound)are also used for the preparation of Ginkgo biloba leaf extracts.In addition to using in traditional medicines and health supplement,Ginkgo biloba leaf extracts are also served as reducing agent,stabilizer,corrosion inhibitor and antioxidant.
