有机染料钝化缺陷制备高效稳定钙钛矿太阳能电池的研究

摘要 以具有羧酸基团的新型有机染料SK202为钙钛矿吸光层的钝化剂,将其添加至反溶剂中,利用一步法制备钙钛矿太阳能电池,并对钙钛矿吸光层界面陷阱态进行优化。利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、紫外-可见吸收光谱对钝化的钙钛矿吸光层进行形貌、光谱性能表征,并进行电池光电性能的测试表征。结果表明,经过钝化处理的器件获得高达17. 76%的光电转化效率,开路电压相比未钝化处理器件提高8%,同时未封装电池在20 d后保持80%以上稳定性,说明对钙钛矿吸光层的钝化处理有效地减少了光生载流子的复合并抑制了钙钛矿的分解。 A kind of n-i-p perovskite solar cells( PSCs) is prepared through one-step method by using SK202,a new type of organic dye with a carboxylic acid group,as a passivator for perovskite active layer,which is added into antisolvent.The interface trap state of perovskite absorbing layer is optimized.X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy are used to characterize the passivated perovskite absorbing layer.The photoelectric properties of the cells are characterized. Results show that the passivated device achieves a maximum photoelectric conversion efficiency of 17. 76%,its open circuit voltage value is increased by 8% compared to that of the unpassivated device.Furthermore,the unpackaged PSCs maintain 80% initial efficiency after 20 days. This study indicates that the passivation treatment of the perovskite absorbing layer has effectively reduced the recombination of photo-generated carriers and restrained the decomposition of perovskite.
