基于电压矢量矢端轨线的电网主动解列断面快速定位方法 被引量:9

摘要 随着电网运行环境的复杂性、随机性日益加剧,实现信息驱动的电网主动解列断面快速定位具有重要的现实意义。首先,针对节点电压矢量的矢端轨线,基于3种向量距离定义,构建表征向量时序变化属性的特征空间;其次,基于IEEE-9系统分析系统稳定、失稳2种场景下电压矢量矢端的轨线变化,提取失步振荡时节点电压矢量的时序演进规律,并通过两机等值系统解释其合理性;最后,提出基于轨迹距离聚类的矢端轨线相似性评估方法,依据群簇扩展及功率平衡约束在线精准定位解列断面,并通过参数自适应调节及滑动时窗实时跟踪断面的迁移情况。IEEE-39系统和实际电网算例验证了该文方法的有效性,该方法无需复杂计算、耗时短、断面连通性强,具有一定的工程实践价值。 With the increase of complexity and randomness of the power grid operation environment,it is of great practical significance to realize the information driven rapid location of controlled splitting sections.Firstly,for the voltage vector portraits,the feature space was constructed to show the temporal variation feature of the voltage vector,based on the definition of three kinds of vector distance.Then the variation of the voltage vector portraits in the two scenarios of stability and instability was analyzed based on the IEEE-9 system,and the temporal evolution regular pattern of the voltage vector was extracted,and the rationality was explained based on double machines system.Finally,a similarity evaluation method of the voltage vector portraits based on the trajectory distance clustering was proposed,and controlled splitting sections were precisely located online by cluster extension and power balance constraint,and the real-time tracking of section migration was realized by the adaptive algorithm and the sliding window.The proposed methodology is validated using the IEEE 39-bus system and actual power system.This method does not need complicated calculation,and has the advantages of short time consuming,strong cross-section connectivity and certain engineering practice value.
