摘要
本文对急性脑梗死静脉溶栓治疗患者知情同意实践现况、阻碍因素及支持方案进行了综述,为我国开展医护协作的知情同意获取模式研究提供参考,缩短溶栓决策时间的同时提高决策质量,促进溶栓治疗在临床顺利开展。
This paper summarizes the current status,obstacles and support programs of informed consent in patients with intravenous thrombolysis for acute cerebral infarction,and provides a reference for the research on the model of obtaining informed consent for medical and nursing collaboration in China,in order to shorten the decision-making time of thrombolysis,and improve the quality of decision-making and promote the smooth implementation of thrombolytic therapy in the clinic practice.
