摘要
目的比较冠状动脉导丝与亲水涂层导丝在锁骨下动脉慢性闭塞介入治疗中的有效性和安全性.方法选取2015年1月至2019年1月我院收治的57例锁骨下动脉慢性闭塞病例,按术中所用导丝的不同随机分为冠状动脉导丝组共29例和亲水涂层导丝组共28例.结果冠状动脉导丝组手术成功率96.6%、并发症发生率6.9%、手术时间(116.4±37.5)min、手术射线曝光时间(99.1±36.1)min;亲水涂层导丝组手术成功率为78.6%、并发症发生率28.6%、手术时间(140.0±45.6)min、手术射线曝光时间(126.6±45.7)min.两组比较冠状动脉导丝组手术成功率高于亲水涂层导丝组,并发症发生率低于亲水涂层导丝组,冠状动脉导丝组的手术时间、手术曝光时间较亲水涂层导丝组短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论冠状动脉导丝在锁骨下动脉闭塞介入治疗中安全、有效.
Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of coronary guidewire and hydrophilic coated guidewire in the treatment of chronic occlusion of the subclavian artery.Methods A total of 57 cases of chronic occlusion o f the subclavian artery were collected in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2019.According to the different guidewire used in the operation,29 cases were in the coronary guidewire group and 28 cases in the hydrophilic coated guidewire group.Results In the coronary guidewire group,the success rate was 96.6%;the complication rate was 6.9%;the average operation time was(116.4±37.5)minutes and the surgical ray exposure time was(99.1±36.1)minutes.In the hydrophilic coated guidewire group,the success rate was 78.6%;the complication rate was 28.6%;the average operation time was(140.0±45.6)minutes and the surgical ray exposure time was(126.6±45.7)minutes.Compared with the hydrophilic coated guidewire group,the coronary guidewire group had a higher success rate and lower incidence of complications.The operation time and surgical exposure time o f the coronary guidewire group were shorter than those o f the hydrophilic coated guidewire group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Coronary guidewire is safe and effective in the interventional treatment of subclavian artery occlusion.
