微信与常规干预模式对幼儿园家长手足口病健康教育干预效果研究 被引量:9

Study on the intervention effect about Wechat and routine intervention model on health education of HFMD in kindergarten parents

摘要 目的对幼儿园儿童的家长采用微信与常规模式的不同健康教育干预模式,比较分析6个月后的干预效果,为疾病预防控制部门建立良性沟通的信息反馈平台,以及制定符合新媒体时代的手足口病防治策略和措施提供科学依据。方法通过健康教育的方式,对九原区4所幼儿园家长分别进行常规干预和微信干预,比较分析干预前、干预后6个月手足口病防控知识、日常行为及态度等因素,判断其干预效果,并通过Logistic多因素回归分析筛选影响家长日常行为的因素。结果健康教育后6个月家长对于手足口病的知识得分均有提高,微信组效果较好;但家长日常行为没有明显改善;Logistic多因素回归分析,对于家长日常行为的影响因素主要是家庭居住地。结论微信干预6个月后知晓率效果优于常规干预方式,家长日常行为未见明显效果,提示在干预方式上需加强日常行为干预。 Objective The parents of kindergarten children were given different health education intervention modes of Wechat and routine mode,by comparing and analyzing the intervention effect after 6 months,it provides scientific basis for disease prevention and control departments to establish a benign communication information feedback platform and formulate HFMD prevention and treatment strategies and measures in line with the new media era.Methods By means of health education,the parents of four kindergartens in Jiuyuan District were given routine intervention and Wechat intervention respectively.The factors such as knowledge,daily behavior and attitude of prevention and control of hand,foot and mouth disease before and 6 months after intervention were compared and analyzed,and the intervention effect was judged.The factors influencing parents’daily behavior were screened by Logistic multivariate regression analysis.Results After health education,the scores of parents on hand-foot-and-mouth disease knowledge were all improved 6 months later,and the effect of Wechat group was better.However,the daily behavior of parents did not improve significantly.Logistic multivariate regression analysis shows that the main influencing factors of parents’daily behavior were family residence.Conclusion After 6 months of WeChat intervention,the effect of awareness rate was better than conventional intervention method,there was no significant effect on parents’daily behavior,suggesting that it is necessary to strengthen daily behavior intervention in terms of intervention methods.
