摘要 幼儿疱疹性瘭疽少见,极易被误诊为甲沟炎、脓疱疮。回顾1例幼儿疱疹性口炎引发手指疱疹性瘭疽的临床资料,结合国内外的报道,提高对该病的认识和重视。
