体外冲击波在脑卒中后下肢痉挛治疗中的应用 被引量:12

The Application of Extracorporeal Shock Wave in the Treatment of Lower Limb Spasm after Stroke

摘要 目的:观察体外冲击波治疗脑卒中患者下肢痉挛的治疗效果。方法:选取2016~2018年于我院康复医学科住院的脑卒中患者96例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各48例。两组患者均予以常规康复治疗,治疗组在常规康复治疗的基础上加用体外冲击波治疗(ESWT)。2组均在治疗前、治疗后2周及4周分别应用改良Ashworth量表(MAS)和简化Fugl-Meyer评定法(FMA)下肢部分,Berg平衡功能量表(BBS)。结果:两组患者均无不良反应,治疗2周和治疗4周后治疗组改良Ashworth量表(MAS),简化Fugl-Meyer评定法(FMA)及Berg平衡功能量表(BBS)较对照组有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:ESWT是一种安全、有效地改善脑卒中后下肢痉挛的治疗手段。 Objective:To observe the effect of extracorporeal shock wave therapy on lower limb spasm in stroke patients.Method:Selected 96 lower limb spasm after stroke patients who were hospitalized in rehabilitation medicine from 2016 to 2018 in our hospital,and were randomly divided into 48 cases each in the treatment group and the control group.All patients were treated with conventional rehabilitation,and the treatment group was treated with ESWT on the basis of conventional rehabilitation.The modified Ashworth scale(MAS)and fugl-meyer assessment(FMA)lower limbs and Berg balance scale(BBS)were used for evaluation in both groups before and 2 and 4 weeks after treatment.Result:No adverse reactions were found in the 2 groups.After treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks,MAS,FMA and BBS of the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:ESWT is a safe and effective treatment for lower limb spasm after stroke.
