腐植酸饵料添加剂、微生物制剂在南美白对虾工厂化淡水养殖中的应用研究 被引量:3

Application Research on Humic Acid Bait Additives and Microbial Preparations in Factory-based Freshwater Aquaculture of Penaeus vannamei

摘要 通过30天标苗期试验和30天养成期试验,研究腐植酸饵料添加剂对南美白对虾的影响,以单独使用腐植酸饵料添加剂,不同使用量腐植酸添加剂(0、5、10 mg/m^3)和微生物制剂(枯草芽孢杆菌1 mg/m^3、嗜酸乳杆菌1 mg/m^3、海洋红酵母1 mg/m^3、光合细菌2 mg/m^3)配施为4个试验组,以不使用腐植酸饵料添加剂和微生物制剂为对照组。经过标苗期30天试验,结果表明:试验组与对照组相比,南美白对虾成活率提高3.50%~9.00%,日增重提高0.125~0.190 kg/36 m^3,区组间试验增重率5.68%~10.69%,饵料系数降低0.020~0.030。经过养成期30天的试验,结果表明:试验组与对照组相比,南美白对虾成活率提高2.00%~8.00%,日增重提高0.669~1.138 kg/36 m^3,区组间试验增重率8.26%~14.06%,饵料系数降低0.057~0.086;氨态氮降低0.001~0.030 mg/L,亚硝酸盐降低0.016~0.026 mg/L,且pH值趋于稳定,体色和虾壳质量俱佳,从而达到南美白对虾工厂化淡水养殖的目的。 The effect of humic acid bait additive on Penaeus vannamei were studied by 30 days of the seedling stage+30 days of the development stage experiment.Different concentrations(0,5,10 mg/m^3)combined with microbial preparations(red yeast 1 mg/m^3,photosynthetic bacteria 2 mg/m^3,Lactobacillus acidophilus 1 mg/m^3.Bacillus subtilis 1 mg/m^3),humic acid bait additive using alone as four test groups were set up,compared with the control group(not humic acid feed additive and microecological agent).After 30 days of the seedling stage the results showed that compared with the control,four test groups could increase the survival by 3.50%~9.00%of P.vannamei,the daily gain by 0.125~0.190 kg/36 m^3 and the weight gain by 6.68%~10.74%,while the feed coefficient decreased by 0.020~0.030.After 30 days of the development stage the results showed that,compared with the control group,four test groups could increase the survival rate by 2.00%~8.00%of P.vannamei,the daily gain by 0.669~1.138 kg/36 m^3 and the weight gain by 8.26%~13.1%,while the feed coefficient decreased by 0.057~0.086.Ammonia nitrogen and nitrite decreased by 0.001~0.030 mg/L and 0.016~0.026 mg/L respectively pH value tended to be stable,body color and shrimp shell quality were good,so as to achieve the purpose of industrialized freshwater culture of P.vannamei.
