摘要 依托互联网、物联网及大数据技术,航空遥感监测技术与地面监测手段强有力结合,以环保信息的一体化、定量化、实时化、自动化、网络化及智能化为目标,设计构建天地一体化环保监管系统,实现高速公路建设期环保监测和管理模式的跨越式发展。系统由地面环境监测系统、卫星遥感监测系统、环保监管中心和大数据平台组成,实现对公路沿线难以到达区、信号难覆盖区施工阶段产生的环境污染进行实时监控与定量评价,并首次探索建立地表创伤面模块,形成建设期独特的技术方法体系、分类标准及数据处理与分析中心,最终达到高速公路建设期环境保护实时动态监管的目的。 The integrated space-ground environmental protection supervision system is designed relying on the Internet,Internet of Things,big data technology and the potent combination of airborne remote sensing monitoring and ground monitoring for the integration,quantification,real-time,automation,networking and intelligence of environment information to realize striding development of environment protection monitoring and management mode in highway construction.The system is composed of ground monitoring system,satellite remote sensing and monitoring system,environmental protection supervision center and big data platform,which realizes real-time monitoring and quantitative evaluation of environmental pollution generated in the construction stage of hard reaching areas along the highway and hard covering areas with signals.This represents the first attempt to build the destroyed surface module to form a unique technical method system,classification standards,data processing and analysis center of the construction period.It finally achieves the goal of real-time dynamic supervision of environmental protection during the construction period of highway.
