慢性酒精依赖患者血脂及心肌酶水平相关研究

A Study of Correlation on Myocardial Enzymes and in Patients with Chronic Alcohol Dependence

目的:明确酒精依赖患者血脂及心肌酶水平,并探讨血脂、心肌酶水平与饮酒年限及饮酒量的相关性。方法:选取苏州市广济医院67例住院酒精依赖患者与42名健康对照,比较两组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌红蛋白(Myo)、NT-proBNP的差异,探讨上述指标与饮酒量、饮酒时间的相关性。结果:①研究组血清CK-MB(t=2.595,P=0.011)、Myo(t=2.329,P=0.022)、NT-proBNP(t=2.453,P=0.016)高于健康对照,差异有统计学意义。而两组TG(t=0.081,P=0.935)、TC(t=0.619,P=0.537)水平无显著性差异。②酒精依赖患者CK-MB、Myo与饮酒年限呈正相关(r=0.429,P=0.000;r=0.281,P=0.021)。结论:酒精依赖患者心肌酶存在一定程度损伤,且上述损伤与饮酒年限存在相关性。

Objective:To investigate the myocardial enzyme level in alcohol dependent patients,and to discuss the relationship between the indexes above and years of alcohol consumption.Methods:A wide selection of 67 cases of in-hospital patients of Suzhou Guangji Hospital with alcohol dependence and 42 healthy controls,to compare differences in total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB),myoglobin (Myo),NT-proBNP of the two groups.To investigate the relationship between those indexes and drinking dose and years.Results:① Serum CK-MB (t=2.595,P=0.011),Myo (t=2.329,P=0.022) and NT-proBNP (t=2.453,P=0.016) in the study group were higher than those in the healthy controls,and the difference was statistically significant.However,TG (t=0.081,P=0.935) and TC (t=0.619,P=0.537) levels of the two groups were not significantly different.② CK-MB (r=0.429,P=0.000),Myo(r=0.281,P=0.021)were positively correlated with drinking years in patients with alcohol dependence.Conclusion:Long-term and chronic drinking has a certain degree of damage to myocardial enzyme,and the damage has a certain correlation with drinking years.
