间苯三酚与杜异合剂联合应用于无痛人工流产术中的应用研究

Application of phloroglucinol and Duyi mixture in painless induced abortion

目的 探讨间苯三酚与杜异合剂联合应用于无痛人工流产术中的应用。方法 将92例接受无痛人工流产术治疗的患者随机分为两组,对照组46例术前30~60 min阴道后穹窿放置卡孕栓,术中应用2%利多卡因宫颈注射,10 min后开始手术。观察组于术前15~30 min给予0.9%氯化钠100 ml+间苯三酚注射液静脉输入,液毕给予杜异合剂镇痛,30 min后开始手术。对比两组镇痛状况、基本临床指标(血压、心率和氧饱和度)、宫颈松弛程度、术中及术后1 h手术情况。结果 观察组总有效率为93.0%,显著高于对照组总有效率79.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术中和术后6 h的VAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T1时刻,观察组血压显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组血压、心率及血氧饱和度均出现显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T2时刻,观察组血压、心率显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组血压、心率及血氧饱和度均出现显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T3时刻,观察组血压显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组血压、心率均出现显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),T1、T2、T3时刻,观察组血压、心率及血氧饱和度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组宫颈松弛总有效率为95.7%,显著高于对照组总有效率82.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出血量、手术时间、人工流产综合征发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 间苯三酚联合杜异合剂具有良好的镇痛作用和软化宫颈的作用,能够减少出血量,降低人工流产综合征发生率,安全可靠。

Objective To observe the application of phloroglucinol and Duyi mixture in painless induced abortion.Methods 92 patients undergoing painless induced abortion were randomly divided into two groups.46 patients in the control group were treated with intracervical injection of 2%lidocaine in 30~60 minutes before operation,and the operation began 10 minutes later.The observation group received intravenous injection of 0.9%sodium chloride 100 ml+phloroglucinol in 15~30 minutes before operation,and Duyi mixture was given at the end of the liquid to relieve pain.The operation began 30 minutes later.The analgesic status,basic clinical indicators(blood pressure,heart rate and oxygen saturation),cervical relaxation,intraoperative and postoperative 1 hour operation were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.1%)(P<0.05);The VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The blood pressure of the observation group decreased significantly at T1 time(P<0.05);The blood pressure,heart rate and oxygen saturation of the control group decreased significantly at T2 time(P<0.05);The blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group decreased significantly at T2 time(P<0.05).The blood pressure,heart rate and oxygen saturation of the control group decreased significantly(P<0.05);The blood pressure of the observation group decreased significantly(P<0.05)at T3 time,while blood pressure and heart rate of the control group decreased significantly(P<0.05).At T1 time,T2 time and T3 time,the blood pressure,the heart rate and oxygen saturation of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.7%,which was significantly higher than 82.6%in the control group(P<0.05);The amount of bleeding,theoperation time and the incidence of induced abortion syndrome in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Phloroglucinol combined with Duyi mixture has good analgesic and cervical softening effects,can reduce the amount of bleeding,reduce the incidence of induced abortion syndrome,which is safe and reliable.
