摘要
骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是牵涉不同组织和不同病理过程、发病机制未明的常见疾病,外泌体是广泛存在于体液中的膜性囊泡,它们能反映亲代细胞的病理生理状态并参与细胞间的信号转导,其功能通过内含的非编码RNA及蛋白质等介导。研究显示,外泌体在OA炎症、免疫调节、血管新生及软骨修复等方面发挥特殊作用,在诊断治疗新技术上具有重要意义。笔者综述了近年文献中关于外泌体在OA疾病发生、发展进程中的作用及疗效的相关研究,为外泌体进一步的临床应用奠定基础。
Osteoarthritis(OA)is a common disease involving different tissues and different pathological processes and unknown pathogenesis.Exosomes,widely present in body fluids,are membranous vesicles.They reflect the pathophysiological state of the parental cells and participate in signal transduction between cells.Its function is mediated through the inclusion of non-coding RNA and proteins.Studies have shown that exosomes play a special role in OA inflammation,immune regulation,angiogenesis,and cartilage repair,and are of great significance in the diagnosis and treatment of new technologies.This article reviews recent studies on the role and efficacy of exosomes in the development and progression of OA disease,laying the foundation for further clinical application of exosomes.
