摘要
550 kV GIS(气体绝缘金属封闭式开关设备)是利用具有优异绝缘性能的SF6气体作为绝缘和灭弧介质的组合电器。由于其结构的特殊性,对安装阶段有着严格的施工质量要求。文章通过分析GIS运行期间容易发生的绝缘类和气密性故障,针对这两大故障在三门核电站一期工程550 kV GIS的安装过程制定了相应的控制措施并严格执行,确保了GIS最终的安装质量,也为二期工程550 kV GIS的安装提供了指导及经验反馈。
550 kV GIS is the combined electrical equipment which utilizes the SF6 with high insulation capability as the insulating and arc media.Due to the special feature of the structure,its installation condition has strict quality requirement.This paper analyzes the insulation and tightness fault that occurred easily during the GIS installation,and correspondingly develops strict control measures for 550 kV installation work in Sanmen Phase Ⅰ.These measures ensure the installation quality of GIS.Meantime,it will be a reference for the 550 kV GIS installation work in Phase Ⅱ.
