湿绕组泵与屏蔽泵在核电机组调试时的差异性分析

摘要 反应堆冷却剂泵作为核电机组重要设备,其主要功能是在核电厂运行期间使冷却剂形成强迫循环,将反应堆产生的热能传送至蒸汽发生器,以产生蒸汽,驱动汽轮机做功。基于湿绕组泵及屏蔽泵结构及性能等方面,对湿绕组泵及屏蔽泵调试差异性进行分析,湿绕组主泵与屏蔽泵在不同方面各具优劣势,对不同电站,需按照自身设计需求匹配主泵选型。 As the key equipment of nuclear power plant,the main function of the reactor coolant pump is to make the coolant form a forced cycle during the operation of nuclear power plant,so that the heat generated from the reactor can be transmitted to the steam generator to generate steam and drive the steam turbine.Based on the structure and performance of wet winding pumps and canned pumps,the wet winding main pump and canned pump have their own advantages and disadvantages in different aspects.For different power stations,the selection of main pump should be matched according to their own design requirements.
