摘要 如何构建核电项目公众沟通的长效机制,是核电企业在公众沟通中的重点和难点问题,需要在实践中不断探索和创新。本文提出了在核电项目公众沟通工作中,通过推进补偿机制转换为股权机制,构建公众沟通长效机制的思路。股权机制可以将公众关注焦点集中到关注企业发展上来,形成利益共同体。阐述了补偿机制转换为股权机制的基本含义,实施股权机制的历史必然性、必要性和可行性。并就如何推进补偿机制转换为股权机制提出了建议。 How to build a long-term mechanism for public communication of nuclear power projects is a key and difficult problem for nuclear power enterprises,which needs to be explored and innovated in practice.This paper puts forward the idea of constructing a long-term mechanism of public communication in nuclear power projects by promoting the conversion of compensation mechanism into equity mechanism.Equity mechanism can focus public attention on the development of enterprises and form a community of interests.This paper expounds the basic meaning of transforming compensation mechanism into equity mechanism,and the historical necessity,necessity and feasibility of implementing equity mechanism.At the same time,it puts forward suggestions on how to promote the conversion of compensation mechanism into equity mechanism.
