自体颅骨骨瓣酒精保存二期回植临床应用研究

摘要 目的:探讨自体颅骨骨瓣酒精保存二期回植在临床中的应用价值。方法:2015年10月~2018年5月我科接诊且行自体颅骨骨瓣酒精保存二期回植治疗的患者76例,并对其病历资料进行综合分析。结果:本组76例患者术后切口均I期愈合,且外观较为满意,无任何不适感;2例在术后近期出现头皮下积液的情况,通过穿刺抽吸与加压包扎处理后治愈;经随访,大部分患者的颅骨缺损综合征显著改善,且神经功能明显恢复。结论:自体颅骨低温状态下酒精保存二期回植不失为一种好的治疗方法,排异反应小,生物力学优于各种人工材料,简单方便,经济实用,尤其适合基层医院推广应用。
