基于GIS的大件运输路桥安全评估及决策分析系统研究

摘要 在大件运输路桥安全评估模型研究的基础上,结合实际情况,运用工程化思想,以GIS技术为核心,在现有山东省公路基础数据库的基础上,建设桥梁病害库和沿线设施库,利用路网拓扑结构实现运输路线的自动规划,快速提取路线、桥梁和沿线设施信息,通过构建快速安全评估模型实现对路线、桥梁的评估,结合专家知识库,最后形成评价报告,给出工程改造意见和通行保障措施。 On the basis of the study on the Safety Evaluation Model of highway and bridge for bulk transportation,according to the existing highway basic database of Shandong Province,we combined the actual situation with the idea of engineering and GIS technology to build bridge disease storehouse and roadside facilities.The network topology structure was used to realize automatic route planning,and finally achieve rapid extraction of routes,bridges,and roadside facilities.By building a quick safety assessment model for route and bridge assessment,combining expert knowledge base,the evaluation report was eventually formed to give opinions and the reconstruction of traffic security measures.
