水运专业计量基础设施建设可行性及规模论证 被引量:1

The feasibility study and size demonstration of the construction ofthe fundamental facilities for metrology in the field ofmarine traffic engineering

摘要 分析并梳理了目前水运行业计量发展现状及面临的问题;着重分析并论证了水运专业计量基础设施建设的重点需求、必要性及符合性;提出了水运专业计量基础设施急需建设的多功能六面消声水池、水深与流速检定水槽、潮波检定水塔以及计量测试及性能实验室等主要功能设施,并简要论证了其尺度规模。 The paper focus on analyzing and studying the major needs of the construction of marine traffic engineering metrology facilities and the necessities and policy compliance for construction.It is proposed that the following water transportation metrology facilities whichare in urgent need be constructed:anechoic tank that can absorb sounds on all sides,water flume for water depth and velocity verification,tanks for tidal wave verification and labs for measurement and testing.Facilities sizes are also briefly discussed.
