橡胶改性剂对沥青混合料路用性能影响的研究

摘要 橡胶改性沥青路面的路用性能主要取决于橡胶改性沥青的性能指标,为了研究橡胶改性剂对基质沥青与沥青混合料的影响程度,通过自制橡胶改性沥青,对其进行了针入度、软化点与延度等指标的测试,及对橡胶改性沥青混合料和普通沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性与水稳定性能对比分析。试验结果表明:橡胶改性剂可以明显改善沥青的三大指标性能;橡胶改性沥青对AC-13型沥青混合料的高温稳定性能、低温抗裂性能和水稳定性能都具有明显的改善效果。 The road performance of rubber modified asphalt pavement mainly depends on the performance index of rubber modified cya an.In order to study the influence degree of rubber modifier on matrix asphalt and asphalt mixture,through self-made rubber modified asphalt,it has been tested for penetration,softening point and ductility,and high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water stability of rubber modified asphalt mixture and ordinary asphalt mixture.Performance comparison analysis.The experimental results show that the rubber modifier can significantly improve the performance of the three major indexes of asphalt;the rubber modified asphalt has obvious.improvement effect on the high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water stability of the AC asphalt mixture.
