中国高速公路ORT收费技术的适用性分析

Analysis of aplicability of epressway ORT carging tchnology in China

随着交通量的日益增加和各大城市高速公路进出收费站呈现出的越来越严重的交通拥堵问题,以及现代居民对道路通行效率日益增高的要求。开放式道路收费技术亟待推广。大数据、物联网技术、智能交通系统的发展为开放式道路收费技术提供了技术支持,经过对其应用环境的要求分析,以及后期推广的展望,发现在我国的政治体制下,是适用我国收费高速公路的,并可以在两年内基本实现ETC的推广,为ORT收费技术的应用创造好基本条件。

With the increasing traffic volume and the increasingly serious traffic congestion problems in and off the expressway toll station of major cities in China,as well as the increasing demands of modern residents for road traffic efficiency.Open Road Tolling Technology needs to be promoted urgently.The development of Big Data,internet of Things Technology and Intelligent Transportation System provide the technical support for Open Road Tolling Technology.Though analyzing the requirements of its application environment and theprospect of later promotion,it is found that under the political system of China,it is applicable to China's toll expressways.We can basically realize the promotion of ETC within two years,and create basic conditions for the application of ORT technology.
