非条件性刺激唤起-消退范式抑制环境更新引起的近期海洛因成瘾记忆复燃 被引量:1

摘要 目的:旨在探索非条件性刺激唤起-消退范式对环境更新引起的近期海洛因成瘾记忆复燃的影响。方法:首先对大鼠进行海洛因自身给药训练,在训练结束24小时之后,进行不同时间间隔的非条件性刺激暴露联合非训练环境的消退,消退成功24小时后在训练环境中进行海洛因觅药行为测试。结果:非条件性刺激唤起可以促进近期海洛因记忆的消退,在非条件性刺激唤起后1小时进行非训练环境的消退可以有效地降低大鼠在训练环境中的觅药行为。结论:非条件性刺激唤起-消退范式能够抑制环境更新引起的近期海洛因成瘾记忆复燃。 Objective: To explore the effect of unconditioned stimulus memory retrieval-extinction procedure on renewal of recent heroin addiction memory.Methods: Rats were trained for heroin self- administration. Twenty-four hours after the end of training,unconditioned stimulus exposure combined with extinction procedure was carried out in a new context. Drug seeking test was performed in the training context 24 hours after extinction.Results: Unconditioned stimulus exposure 1 hour before extinction could effectively reduce drug seeking behavior of rats in the training context.Conclusion:Unconditioned stimulus memory retrieval-extinction procedure inhibited renewal of recent heroin addiction memory.
