苯丙胺类兴奋剂滥用者冲动性分析

Impulsiveness analysis of amphetamine-type stimulants abusers

目的:了解苯丙胺类兴奋剂(amphetamine type stimulants,ATS)滥用者的冲动性人格特点,为开展针对性的干预措施提供借鉴。方法:采用Barratt冲动量表(Barratt Impulsiveness Scale,BIS-11)及自制毒品滥用情况问卷对419名ATS滥用者进行问卷调查。所得数据进行t检验及相关性分析。结果:ATS滥用者Barratt冲动量表评分结果为非计划因子50. 805±21. 41,行为因子37. 00±20. 12,认知因子51. 45±20. 60,冲动总分46. 42±15. 50,各分量表和冲动总分与国内常模比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);人口学特征与冲动性的相关性分析中年龄、文化程度、婚配状况、从业状况与冲动行为没有明显相关性,ATS使用情况与冲动性的相关性研究发现冲动量表中非计划因子、认知因子、冲动总分与药物使用频率相关,而使用方式、戒断次数、累计时间与冲动量表各因子均没有相关性。结论:ATS滥用者存在一定程度的冲动,ATS滥用者冲动性与药物使用频率相关,针对其冲动特质进行干预,獉獉有利于改善ATS滥用者的预后。

Objective: To investigate the impulsive personality characteristics of amphetamine type stimulants( ATS) abusers,and to provide reference for carrying out targeted intervention measures.Methods: A total of 419 ATS abusers were recruited for the Barratt impulsivity Scale( bis-11) and the self-made questionnaire on drug abuse. The data were analyzed by t test and correlation analysis.Results: The scores of Barratt impulse scale for ATS abusers were 50. 805 ± 21. 41 for unplanned factors,37. 00 ± 20. 12 for behavioral factors,51. 45 ± 20. 60 for cognitive factors,and 46. 42 ± 15. 50 for total impulse scores. The scores of each subscale and impulsive total score were compared with domestic norm.The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Demographic characteristics and correlation analysis of impulse age,culture level,marriage status,working condition and impulsive behavior there was no significant correlation,the correlation between ATS usage and impulsive study found impulse scale unplanned factor,cognitive factor and total score is associated with drug use frequency impulse,and use,number of withdrawal, the cumulative time there was no correlation with impulse scale factor.Conclusion: ATS abusers are impulsive to a certain extent,and ATS abusers’ impulsivity is related to the frequency of drug use. Therefore,it is helpful to improve the prognosis of ATS abusers by intervening their impulsivity.
