摘要
中非铜钴矿带某尾矿中的钴资源具有较高的回收价值.为充分开发回收利用其中的钴资源,本文开展了钴浸出工艺中SO 2和焦亚硫酸钠(SMBS)两种还原剂比选研究.研究结果表明,在尾矿粒度-0.074 mm占73.2%,液固比3∶1,终点pH 1.5,硫酸浸出时间为1 h,还原剂浸出时间4 h的优化条件下,SO 2的用量为10 kg/t-矿,而SMBS的用量为3.5 kg/t-矿,且钴的浸出率都能达到84%左右.考虑到SO 2及SMBS的用量和它们的当地价格,认为SMBS作为浸钴工艺的还原剂更具经济性.
The cobalt resources in some tailings from the Central African copper-cobalt ore belt have high recycling value.For fully developing and recycling the cobalt resources,the comparison of SO 2 and sodium metabisulfite(SMBS)as the reducing agent in the cobalt leaching process was studied.The results showed that under the optimum conditions of tailings size of-0.074 mm,liquid-solid ratio of 3∶1,end-point pH value of 1.5,sulfuric acid leaching time of 1 h,and reductant leaching time of 4 h,the dosage of SO 2 was 10 kg/t-ore while SMBS was 3.5 kg/t-ore.With the above dosage of SO 2 and SMBS,the leaching rate of cobalt both reached about 84%.Given the consumption of SO 2 and SMBS and their local price,SMBS delivered obvious economic advantage as the reducing agent in cobalt leaching process.
