试析改革开放精神的内涵与逻辑

改革开放实践铸就的改革开放精神,与中华民族的变革和开放精神一脉相承,更是中国共产党“红船精神”的生动实践。从理论与实践、历史与现实等维度,提出“解放思想、与时俱进,是改革开放精神的精髓;鼎故革新,勇于创新,是改革开放精神的核心;群众中心,依靠人民,是改革开放精神的价值;高举旗帜,党的领导,是改革开放精神的灵魂;对外开放,和平共赢,是改革开放精神的策略”。改革开放精神是中国共产党带领中国人民进行伟大的改革开放的实践中体现出来的精神风貌和优良品格,更是激励我们民族奋发图强、迈向中华民族伟大复兴新征程的强大精神动力。

The spirit of reform and opening-up forged by its practice is in line with the reform and opening up of Chinese nation,and is also a vivid practice of the“red ship spirit”of the CPC.From the dimensions of theory-and-practice,history-and-reality,this paper suggests that“emancipating the mind and keeping pace with the times is the essence of the spirit of reform and opening up;innovation is its core;mass-centered,relying on the people,is its value;holding high the banner of CPC,and the Party's leadership is its soul;opening up,win-win cooperation is its strategy.”The spirit of reform and opening up is the spiritual outlook and fine character embodied in the practice of the CPC leading the Chinese people in carrying out the great reform and opening up.What's more,it is a powerful spiritual force inspiring our nation to strive for strength and embark on a new journey towards the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
