摘要
专业能力培养是本科生人才培养的核心,关系着人才培养的质量。在汉语国际教育专业人才培养的实践中,以国际汉语教师应具有的知识框架和能力框架为基础,构建“多维度多层次立体型教学模式”。该模式以培养专业能力为目标,设置与专业课程多维度多层次关联的第二课堂活动;以第二课堂活动为实践平台,融通学科知识,打通知识与能力的壁垒,实现知识转化、知识内化;组织语伴活动将留学生汉语教学和汉语专业教学交互促进;构建第二课堂的检验功能、资源功能、反馈功能,实现学生学习评价、教师教学评估的双向反馈。
Professional competence training is the core of undergraduate talent training,which is related to the quality of talent cultivation.In the practice of cultivating the talents of Chinese International Education Major,“Multidimensional and Multilevel Teaching Model”was constructed on the basis of the knowledge framework and competence framework needed for Chinese teachers.Therefore,we should take several measures,such as:set up multidimensional and multilevel second classroom activities related to professional curriculum;take the second classroom activities as a practical platform,integrate subject knowledge,strike barriers to knowledge and ability,realize knowledge transformation and knowledge internalization;organize Language Companion activities to promote the interaction between overseas students' Chinese teaching and Chinese professional teaching.Meanwhile,we may construct the second classroom,which may play different functions,such as,inspection,feedback evaluation of students' learning and teachers' teaching.
