中小学法治教育评价的现实困境及改革路径 被引量:2

摘要 科学有效的教育评价是推进中小学法治教育健康发展的关键力量。通过政策文本与实践的对比研究发现:我国中小学法治教育评价具有单一性的评价主体、终结性的评价方法、知识性的评价内容、政策性的评价标准等现实困境。中小学法治教育评价存在问题主要由评价理念工具性与价值性的矛盾、评价标准政策协同性与实践本土化的矛盾、评价主体行政性与多元性的矛盾、评价方式行政性与专业性的矛盾等现实缘由造成。通过价值理念先行、科学标准建立、多元主体协同、落实效果监测等改革路径打造新时代法治教育评价体系,推动法治教育良性发展。 Scientific and effective evaluation is the core force to promote the development of legal education in primary and secondary schools.At present,the evaluation of legal education in primary and secondary schools in China has many practical difficulties,such as administrative evaluation subject,summative evaluation method,knowledge evaluation,policy evaluation criteria,etc.The problems in the evaluation of legal education in primary and secondary schools are mainly caused by the contradictions between the instrumentality and value of the evaluation concept,the coordination of the evaluation criteria and policies and the localization of practice,the singularity and plurality of the evaluation subjects,and the administrative and professional nature of the evaluation methods.Through the reform paths of value concept first,scientific standard establishment,muti-subject coordination and effect monitoring,we can build the evaluation system of legal education in the new era and promote the sound development of rule of legal education.
