摘要
随着社会主义市场经济的不断深入发展,事业单位改革已吹响号角,现有的事业单位人才激励机制已无法适应社会分工所呈现的出精细化和专业化趋势。从事业单位现有的人才激励机制入手,分析事业单位人才激励机制现状、存在的主要问题、原因,并结合工作实际,对构建事业单位人才激励机制提出了一些建议。
With the deep development of socialist market economy,there is a calling for the reforming of public institutions and the present incentive mechanism for talents.Because they are unable to adapt to the refinement and specialization trend of social division of labor.Starting with the present talent incentive mechanism in institutions,this paper analyses the current situation,existing problems and causes of talent incentive mechanism in institutions,and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of talent incentive mechanism based on the practice.
