应激性抑郁动物模型评价方法研究进展

Research Progress on Evaluation Methods of Stress Depression Animal Models

抑郁症是一种常见的心境障碍,可由各种原因引起,以显著而持久的心境低落为主要临床特征,且心境低落与其处境不相称,严重者可出现自杀念头和行为。抑郁动物模型的研究是抑郁症的机制研究和临床药物开发的基础。其中应激性模型由于模拟抑郁症发病的诱因较充分且造模方法简便,已成为最常用的抑郁动物模型,广泛用于抑郁症的基础研究。本文综述了评价应激性抑郁动物模型的主要方法,为抑郁动物模型造模提供了参考依据。

Depression is a common mood disorders caused by a variety of reasons,with significant and lasting low mood as the main clinical features,and the low mood don’t match the situation. Some serious patients can appear suicidal thoughts and behaviors. The study of animal models of depression is the basis of the mechanism study of depression and the development of clinical drugs. Among them,stress model has become the most commonly used animal model of depression,which is widely used in basic research of depression,because the inducement that simulates depressive illness is quite sufficient and the modeling method is simple. In this paper,the main method to evaluate stress animal models are summarized,which provides a reference for the modeling of stress depression animal models.
