摘要
用剂量为0.35 kGy的60 Co-γ射线辐照保持系闽农B干种子,在其M 2带胚糙米群体获得10粒糯质基因突变体,记为闽农糯1B~闽农糯10B。选择最优突变体闽农糯6B作父本,与深97A杂交,再回交2次,育成闽农糯6A。除直链淀粉含量差异显著外,闽农糯6A与深97A具有相同的生育期,十分相似的农艺性状、穗部性状、花粉不育特性以及配合力。闽农糯6A于2019年5月通过福建省农作物品种审定委员会审定(闽审稻20190048)。介绍了闽农糯6A的选育经过、主要生物学特性、异交特性、稻米品质、抗病性及配制杂种表现。
After dry seeds of maintainer line Minnong B were treated withγ-ray of 60 Co at the dosage of 0.35 kGy,waxy mutants named Minnongnuo 1B to Minnongnuo 10B were obtained from M 2 brown rice population with embryo.Minnongnuo 6A was developed through Shen 97A crossed and backcrossed twice with the optimal mutant Minnongnuo 6B.Except for the amylase content existed significant difference,Minnongnuo 6A and Shen 97A have the same growth duration,very similar characteristics of agronomy,panicle spikelet,pollen fertility and combining ability etc.Minnongnuo 6A was registered and released for commercial production by Fujian Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in May 2019(Minshendao 20190048).The breeding procedure,main biological characteristics,combining ability,grain quality,disease resistance of Minnongnuo 6A and the performance of it’s waxy hybrid rice combination were introduced in this paper.
