粪便乳杆菌FZB1对Balb/cJ小鼠焦虑行为的影响

摘要 目的探索粪便乳杆菌FZB1对Balb/cJ小鼠焦虑行为的影响。方法用白鹭粪便中分离出的粪便乳杆菌FZB1饲喂小鼠,采取粪便追踪法测定粪便乳杆菌FZB1的定植情况,通过注射RU24969来诱导小鼠焦虑症状,Morris圆形水迷宫(MWM)、高架十字迷宫(EPM)和社交行为实验(SIT)分别对其进行行为学评估。结果粪便乳杆菌FZB1对肠上皮细胞HT-29具有很强的黏附能力。粪便追踪中粪便乳杆菌FZB1在Balb/cJ小鼠肠道内附着存活了13d。行为学评估显示,粪便乳杆菌FZB1可改善Balb/cJ小鼠的焦虑行为,且粪便乳杆菌FZB1和氟西汀具有协同作用。结论粪便乳杆菌FZB1的定植减轻了Balb/cJ小鼠的焦虑行为。 Objective To investigate the effect of the Lactobacillus faecis FZB1 on the anxiety-like behavior in Balb/cJ mice.Methods The Lactobacillus faecis FZB1 isolated from egret feces was fed to mice.The colonization status of the Lactobacillus faecis FZB1 was determined by the fecal tracking method.The mice were injected with RU24969 to induce the anxiety symptoms,and Morris water maze(MWM),Elevated plus maze(EPM)and social interaction tests(SIT)were used to evaluate their behaviors.Results The Lactobacillus faecis FZB1 exhibited strong ability of the intestinal epithelial cell HT-29.The fecal tracking results suggested that the Lactobacillus faecis FZB1 adhered to the intestinal tract of Balb/cJ mice and survived for 13 days.The behavioral evaluation results showed that the Lactobacillus faecis FZB1 improved the anxiety-like behavior in Balb/cJ mice,and the Lactobacillus faecis FZB1 and fluoxetine had synergistic effect.Conclusion The colonization of the Lactobacillus faecis FZB1 ameliorates the anxiety-like behaviour in Balb/cJ mice.
