手术治疗胃溃疡的临床观察

Clinical observation of surgical treatment of gastric ulcer

目的探讨手术治疗胃溃疡的临床效果.方法抽取2016年12月至2018年12月到阳泉市第一人民医院进行治疗的76例胃溃疡患者,将其分为两组.对照组38例,采取常规保守治疗;观察组38例,采取手术治疗.结果观察组患者总有效率(97.37%)高于对照组,术后并发症率(18.42%)低于对照组;观察组术后3个月复发率(0)、6个月复发率(5.26%)低于对照组.结论对胃溃疡患者采取手术治疗总体疗效更加显著,并发症率及复发率更低,具有较高的临床应用价值.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of surgical treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 76 patients with gastric ulcer treaded from December 2016 to December 2018 in the First People’s Hospital of Yangquan were divided into two groups.The 38 cases in the control group were treated with routine conservative treatment,and 38 cases in the observation group were treated by surgery.Results In the observation group,the total effective rate(97.37%)was higher and complication rate(18.42%)were lower than those in the control group;the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than those of the control group in 3 months(0)and 6 months(5.26%)after operation.Conclusions The overall curative effect of surgical treatment for gastric ulcer patients is more remarkable,the complication rate and recurrence rate are lower,and the surgical treatment has higher application value.
