基于多源信息监测的凿井信息化安全保障技术

摘要 以思山岭铁矿副井工程为研究背景,通过应用大型凿井井架载荷监测技术,监控井架工作状态;钢丝绳张紧力监测实现对悬吊钢丝绳受力情况的实时掌控;通过井壁应力应变监测为井壁地压变化情况及支护方案调整提供依据。信息化技术实现了凿井施工的精细化安全管理,有力保障了大直径超深竖井的安全施工。 In the auxiliary shaft project of Sisianling iron mine,the working condition of the headframe is monitored by applying the large-scale headframe load monitoring technology;the real-time control of the suspension wire rope stress was realized by the wire rope tension monitoring;the monitoring of sidewall stress and strain provides basis for the changes in ground pressure and adjustment of support scheme.The application proves that the fine safety management of the drilling well construction has been realized by the information technology,which guarantees the safe construction of the large-section ultra-deep shaft.
