摘要
液压支架作为综合机械化采煤工艺中最重要的顶板支撑装备,其工作阻力与顶板的适应性对控制采煤工作面矿山压力举足轻重。以保德煤矿81306工作面为例,在工作面正常推进的441.6~564.0m过程中,以工作面上部、中部和下部的25^#、50^#、70^#、90^#、120^#支架为重点监测部位,对支架的工作阻力的变化及其适应性进行了分析,得出了5个重点支架来压持续步距平均值a=4.2~7.8/5.9m,工作面持续来压时间较长;基本顶周期来压时,动载系数均值1.28,120^#支架动载系数较大为1.32,90^#支架动载系数为1.22。从支架的适应性分析,支架纵横向稳定性较好,能满足工作面支护需求。
Hydraulic support as the most important roof support equipment in comprehensive mechanized mining technology,its working resistance and adaptability of roof play an important role in controlling the mining pressure of coal face.Taking 81306 working face of Baode coal mine as an example,in the process of 441.6-564.0 m normal advance of working face,focus on the 25^#、50^#、70^#、90^#、120^#supports in the upper,middle and lower part of the working face,the change of working resistance and its adaptability of support are analysed,the average value of the continuous step distance of the five key supports is 4.2-7.8/5.9 m,the working face continues to press for a long time;basic top periodic pressure,the mean value of dynamic load coefficient is 1.28,the dynamic load coefficient of 120^# support is 1.32,the dynamic load coefficient of 90^# support 1.22.From the adaptability analysis of bracket,the support has good longitudinal and transverse stability,it can meet the support demand of working face.
