摘要
本文分析了某铅锌选厂现场目前存在的问题及放大旋流器后新FX660旋流器与原FX500旋流器组的运行指标对比。发现通过对旋流器的放大优化,能改善溢流夹粗和沉沙夹细状况,提高研磨段分级效率,降低磨矿循环负荷,达到提高磨矿处理量的目的。使用FX660型号旋流器对现场进行"单泵对单旋流器"的改造,提高了现场使用的便利性,整体运行费用得到降低。
This paper analyzes the existing problems in a lead zinc concentrator and the comparison of the operation indexes between the new FX660 hydrocyclone and the original FX500 hydrocyclone after enlarging the hydrocyclone.It is found that through the enlargement and optimization of the hydrocyclone,it can improve the condition of overflow clamp and sediment clamp,improve the classification efficiency of grinding section,reduce the grinding cycle load,and achieve the purpose of increasing grinding capacity.The "single pump to single hydrocyclone" transformation was carried out by using fx660 hydrocyclone,which improved the convenience of field use.
