Relevance between diabetic nephropathy and diabetic retinopathy

肾脏病变和视网膜病变是糖尿病常见的微血管并发症,流行病学调查研究显示这两种微血管并发症常发生于同一糖尿病患者,并且是彼此发生的危险因素之一。近年来,随着研究水平的提高,人们从基因、发病机制等角度探究并解释糖尿病肾病与糖尿病视网膜病变之间存在关联的原因,并试图发现针对糖尿病肾病与糖尿病视网膜病变的预测和治疗方法。

Diabetic nephropathy and diabetic retinopathy are common microvascular complications of diabetes mellitus.Epidemiologic studies show they tend to occur together and are one of the risk factors for each other.In recent years,people have explored the reasons for the association between diabetic nephropathy and diabetic retinopathy from the perspective of genetic basis and pathogenesis,and they have tried to figure out the prediction and therapeutic regimen for diabetic nephropathy and diabetic retinopathy.
