研发区域边界拓展能否促进企业创新持续性

Can Expansion of Research and Development Area Boundary Promote Enterprise Innovation Sustainability?

以2008—2017年中国制造业上市公司为样本,探索企业研发区域边界拓展对创新持续性的影响,并分析制度水平和企业属性在其中的调节作用和差异化效应。研究发现,企业研发区域边界拓展中区域多样性对企业创新持续性有显著的正向影响,而区域分散性与创新持续性呈倒U型关系;制度化水平在企业研发区域边界拓展结构与创新持续性关系中起着积极的调节作用;民营企业与非民营企业研发区域边界拓展行为并无显著的持续创新差异,但相对高知识密度企业,较低知识密度企业创新持续性更显著。本研究对优化企业资源配置、创新战略布局和创新型国家建设有一定实践启示意义。

This paper takes the listed companies of China s manufacturing industry from 2008 to 2017 as research objects to explore the impact of regional boundary expansion on innovation sustainability,and analyzes the regulatory effect of institution and enterprise property.We find that regional diversity has significant positive effects on innovation sustainability,while there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between regional dispersion and innovation sustainability;The institutionalization plays a positive role in the relationship between development of regional boundaries and innovation sustainability;There is no significant difference in continuous innovation between private and non-private enterprises during their regional boundaries.However,contrast to enterprises with high knowledge density,the innovation sustainability of low knowledge density enterprises is more obvious.Our research not only plays an important role in optimizing resource allocation and layout innovation strategy of enterprises,but also has practical enlightenment significance for the construction of innovation-oriented country.
