本文研究了火工品、爆炸品道路运输相关的法律法规和标准,围绕安全明确了火工品、爆炸品运输对承运单位资质、车辆、人员的要求,按运输流程提出了运输策划、准备、装卸、行车、押运及交付等过程的作业规程和应急措施。

This article studies the rules,regulations and standards with respect to road transportation of explosives.The safety requirements of the relevant freight forwarder certification,vehicles and personnel are clarified and the operational instructions including planning,preparation,handling,escorting and delivery as well as the contingency are proposed.
