摘要
管理型教学督导是行政主导下的督导模式,其“督”是目的、“导”是手段;学术型教学督导是基于教学学术理论的督导模式,其“督”是手段、“导”是目的。基于行政管理与学术治理互为融合的必要性与必然性分析,以体制机制创新为着入点,探索教学督导新模式,推动内涵创新,提升效果与质量。
Management-oriented teaching supervision is a supervisory mode under administrative leadership,its“supervision”is the purpose and“guidance”is the means.Academic teaching supervision is based on teaching academic theory,its“supervision”is the means and“guidance”is the purpose.Under the necessity and inevitability analysis between administrative management and academic governance,we should explore a new mode of teaching supervision,promote the innovation of connotation and improve the effect and quality,taking the innovation of system and mechanism as the starting point.
