磷酸一铵母液制备工业级磷酸氢二铵的工艺研究

Process Study for Production of Industrial Grade Diammonium Phosphate from Monoammonium Phosphate Mother Liquor

为了增加母液利用途径,实现公司产品多元化,提高产品的附加值及配套装置的多功能化,试验研究了用磷酸一铵母液制备磷酸氢二铵的工艺控制条件。研究发现,用工业级磷酸一铵制备磷酸氢二铵,产品总养分在74%左右,能达到标准HG/T 4132-2010一等品的要求;用磷酸一铵母液制备的全水溶性磷酸氢二铵产品总养分大于57%,能够达到市场需求的要求。

To expand the route for utilization of mother liquor,achieve diversified products for the company,and increase the added-value of products and multi-functionality of the associated facilities,experiment was conducted to study the process control conditions for producing diammonium phosphate from monoammonium phosphate mother liquor.The study finds that when industrial grade monoammonium phosphate is used to produce diammonium phosphate,the total nutrient in the product is about 74%,which can meet first grade product requirements according to standard HG/T 4132-2010;and when monoammonium phosphate mother liquor is used to produce fully water-soluble diammonium phosphate,the total nutrient in the product is more than 57%,which can meet the market demand requirement.
