摘要
采用气压试验时安全风险性大,近几年气密试验造成的事故时有报道。分析了管道压力试验采用气压试验的条件,研究了气压试验的安全风险及试压过程中必要的安全措施,提出了试验温度确定、管道系统储能的计算、安全距离的选择,研究了泄露性试验压力的选择及试验程序。
Pneumatic testing involves high safety risks,and in recent years,accidents caused by pneumatic testing frequently appeared in the media report. An analysis of pneumatic testing conditions for pipe pressure testing is provided. Safety risks involved in the pneumatic testing and necessary safety measures in the testing are studied. Determination of testing temperature,calculation of energy storage in the piping system,and selection of safety distance are proposed. Selection of leakage testing pressure and testing procedure are studied.
